Yin Yoga
This practice is a great way to balance out the yang activities (Hatha or Vinyasa yoga, running, cycling, kayaking, hiking, walking, swimming etc.) you do each week. A simple, passive practice that is great for focusing on the connective tissues, joints and ligaments. We’ll move through postures slowly, holding them for sometimes up to 5-10 minutes, giving your body time to open up and experience the sensation of the pose. You will walk away from this class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, ready for the remainder of the week. The temperature is set at approximately 95 degrees. All levels welcome!
